When a leading Australian Industry Superannuation Fund looked at member retention strategies in response to an ageing Australian population, they identified ‘Advice’ as the best means to building longer-lasting relationships.
Estate Planning was the logical advice to give their approximately 1.5M members.
The Fund invested in and promoted their own estate planning service, including the internal capacity to provide ‘legal review’ of their members matters.
The demand for estate planning services amongst their members exceeded expectations, with an average of 1,000 members attending each Estate Planning webinar. Without an efficient fulfilment method, the internal legal capacity was inadequate, and the Fund could not meet member demand in a timely or cost-effective manner.

Using Yodal’s white label Enterprise solution, the Fund will promote the solution within their brand as a benefit they deliver to members. The integrated solution is connected to marketing initiatives, including eDM’s, webinars, social media, corporate website, and the member app.
The solution exists on standalone infrastructure within a private cloud environment that ensures data separation and increased security. It has independent Development, UAT, and production environments. Reporting and analytics are realised through a data warehousing environment interrogated by PowerBI.
